I have lentils and veggie stock in the pantry. The carrots, tomatoes and onion will be used to make a double batch of lentil soup which will be frozen in individual portions and last for 3 weeks. (I love soup and have a bowl everyday).

Applesauce with lunch for the next two weeks. The mini bundt cakes are dessert for the next 7 days and the salmon is dinner for the next three days. I might make it stretch four.

Purchased pet food for 11.00 which is taken out of the gas budget. (balance $29)

Feeling pretty good about my purchases.
